A Berlin airstrip was preped with only a few Me 323's ready to fly. About five battalions were then airlifted and to be sent to Belarus. They then are caught by a storm while flying and driven off-course. Then are redirected to fly over Latvia. The Me 323's then land in an airport close to the capital. Over 4,990 men are told to guard while only one platoon is sent with Fritz to Latvia's Capital building. They then drive up with a rental car (xD) and come to the building. Fritz tells five men to stay outside. He and the other five then walk to the building and are let in. He orders the rest of his troops to wait outside as he walks into the meeting room.
Their leader enters the room momentarily to see Fritz. As Fritz stands to shake his hand he notices the leader is daunted by the arrival of the SS. Fritz then tells him he is simply here to offer the German's support of the country. As the leader softens a bit to hear Fritz calmness with the offer, Fritz goes on. He tells the leader that Germany will indeed take control of Belarus and all of its land should he agree.
The Latvian leader then tells Fritz he is not in Belarus, rather Latvia. Obviously angered by the pilots' ignorance, the leader then stiffens to Fritz's physical reaction, as anyone would. However, Fritz then re-seats himself and continues the meet.
Fritz then asks if he would be willing to allow Germany's expansion of Latvia's land anyway. he then tells the leader that he guaranties that he will still hold power, just in a more mayorness way. The leader then considers this in his head, realizing that with his small country that German could easily take his anyway. The leader then shakes Fritz's hand, and tells him to let Chancellor Badwulf know, they now have Latvia.
With this, Fritz grants the leader good hopes and walks back to the car. He then tells the pilot's their ignorance and that it will be notified to the Chancellor apon arrival of Berlin.

+Germany now controls "quote"Latvia - Riga"unquote" unless disapproval is challenged. However, this seems fine to me >_>.....
