A letter is sent to President Petruv from President Gamberzky. This is what it said:
Dear President Petruv, I am President Erik Gamberzky from Ukraine. As you know, I have openly stated that I wished to join the MAC. The reason being is because UNA has too much power in the world. And I feel that that power needs to end. I feel very strongly about this. I am writing to you because I request an alliance with the MAC. I want to make this very breif so I can tend to other matters with my country.

President Gamberzky sends a message to President Petruv;
"Dear President Petruv, I am writing to you about the order for me to send you troops. I can send you the 500,000 troops you asked for, but can only give you one tank divison and one plane squadren. I can spare no ships, I am sorry. I am very low on funds right now and this is all I can spare. I swear to you I will get you the rest of the troops very soon.
-Erik Gamberzky
President Gamberzky orders the men he has chosen to march to the MAC headquarters and tell them that he has sent them.
