-The Chancellor barrels out of his chair smiling wildly-
-He leans down on his desk signing his name beside the PM's-
" Prime Minister I am grateful that you have accepted this. "
" But now..we must get down to business. "
-The Chancellor's smile diminishes-
" Prime Minister, as you already know, Russia has declared war on us. Unfortunetly an invasion must be constructed against Russia. I dearly regret this, but it is for the safety of my people and the Nation's surronding. -The Chancellor leans down on the desk calling his Lieutenant in-

As the PM watches the Lieutenant leave his face becomes grim.
"Aye, I antincipated this. Every time I offer Russia aid she always turns me down. I'm finished with Russia, Chancellor," he says grimly. "British economy is booming, destroyers will be sent to aid you in your effort against Russia. I'm giving you full command of those destroyers, though the Captains aboard will be British." (OOC: You command them in your forum battles, but if I want to withdraw them they will be withdrawn)
The Prime Minister gets out of his chair. As does the Ambassador. "This meeting has been enlightening, I will send message you via telegram if the need arises."
The PM and his ambassador now leave with friendly goodbyes to the Chancellor, his men guarding the door and the Lieutenant in the lobby below. They walk into the convoy of British soldiers which transported the PM and drive to the airport. More british soldiers on standby with the british plane. The Ambassador and the PM leave Germany alive and return to London a number of hours later.
